      Pros

      Good social side of things and that’s about it.

      Cons

      Failure to replace staff when they leave. No career progression. Very unprofessional in certain aspects. The company lacks a clear direction and often launches projects wasting loads of money and then scrap it halfway though.

      Pros

      The co -workers there are very nice and can be fun.

      Cons

      It is a high volume call center. There is no time to do the smallest amount of research on the companies you are reaching out to.Very abusive environment. Constantly being yelled at to get on the phone. Sometime you are on the phone phone for the sake of being on the phone with no plan.
