Pros

Creditsafe used to be known for its work-life balance, but recent policy changes have completely disrupted that.

Cons

Employees are now required to come to the office 39 days per quarter and 3 days per week, but only on their allocated days. If a bank holiday falls on an office day, employees are still expected to compensate for that day. Similarly, if an employee takes leave (whether sick or general), they are required to compensate for the missed day, creating unnecessary stress. Failure to meet the 39-day requirement per quarter results in annual leave deductions based on the shortfall. For example, if an employee works in the office for only 30 days in a quarter, 9 days of their annual leave (out of the 20 allocated) will be deducted. This policy essentially forces employees to lose their earned leave even if they have already used some for personal reasons. It’s unfair and makes no sense to penalize employees for factors beyond their control, such as bank holidays or legitimate personal leave. The rigid requirements and lack of flexibility mean there is practically no work-life balance anymore. Employees are forced to adhere to strict rules with little regard for their personal needs or circumstances. Additionally, employees are required to spend 8 hours in the office on their allocated days. Overall, the HR policies have become overly rigid and impractical, leaving employees dissatisfied, overworked, and with no work-life balance.

Pros

The co -workers there are very nice and can be fun.

Cons

It is a high volume call center. There is no time to do the smallest amount of research on the companies you are reaching out to.Very abusive environment. Constantly being yelled at to get on the phone. Sometime you are on the phone phone for the sake of being on the phone with no plan.
