People! The main thing to like about Creditstar is definitely the team. People are of different nationalities, and international. Some other good things: perks like a gym, team events, etc.

OH, so many. Where to start? 1. No unified goals or clear vision business-wise. A company changes its views and goals several times a year which impacts your work a lot. You will read "dynamic work environment" in positive reviews. This is what they mean: changing projects and main goals all the time. 2. Your efforts and loyalty could easily be forgotten in one day by management and especially by some newcomer who does not know anything about you, or your work and just acts like your supervisor. 3. New management team is incompetent and without any people skills. The manner of communication has gotten just awful lately. 4. No clarity with the company’s structure. It's so unclear, for a few months I did not know whom to report to + You can be fired in one day without any warning with someone, acting like your boss. 5. Decision-making in the company is confusing. You hear one thing during an all-hands meeting from management and hear totally different things from your actual colleagues, or just see actual numbers by yourself.
