Cons
Don’t ever join this company. It’s an extremely unprofessional, highly toxic place with no real progress or career opportunities. You are either dealing with massive egos that don’t know what they are doing or you are dealing with extremely immature, childish and malicious people. Gossiping is the only thing they excel at, with women in their 30s that preach ‘women empowerment’ being the most fake, embarrassingly childish and just pathetic – going as far as writing nasty hateful notes about their female colleagues on pieces of paper to be passed around and then being stupid enough to put these notes in an office bin for everyone to see (I can’t name them but it rhymes with Alice and Vinnie). Each of them is as bad as each other, spreading gossips about everyone’s personal business thinking that people believe their fakeness and nobody knows what they are really like, which is kind of hilarious to be honest. Forget about professional workplace, it’s like stepping into high school, but I guess you can’t expect much from airheads with no career perspective and literally nothing else to offer as people. It's like all the girls that were not popular at high school finally got opportunity to try to be the ‘mean girls’, but it’s not funny or cool, more like really embarrassing, sad and piteous. If you are a professional, ambitious individual please don’t ever work here, you will learn nothing new, you will be surrounded by seriously stupid people, there won’t be any career opportunity for you, you will be most definitely underpaid and gaslighted when asking for a pay rise. I don’t think I ever worked for such an unprofessional, incredibly morally wrong place. You will not feel safe, because colleagues screaming serious death threats at each other is not even the in the top 10 craziest things that happen here. Pallets falling off the racking on work areas is nothing new and working on the weekends for free is expected. Anyone normal that joins leaves as people are quick to realise that this is not the place.
