You can't put a price on the non-salary benefits of working for an organisation which has the charity ethos as a golden thread throughout everything it does. I've been with the company for the best part of five years in a couple of roles, one of which saw me seconded into clients' offices. The support received from managers when working remotely means that you are not isolated and you do feel part of the company.
Cons
Not a con, but a number of roles involve remote working either from home or fully seconded into client offices. You need to think about resilience when not based fully in your company's office. The support is there, and the IT infrastructure is spot on - but your mindset needs to be tuned into how that works in practice.
