CONFESOL - IT Analyst Cresol Employee Review

I worked for Cresol for over 1 year and it is very relaxed environment to work with, there is not allot of pressure from the managers.

Unfortunately the managers will turn a blind eye to employee internal conflicts, that had people threaten other employees inside the company. Also there is quite allot of internal politics, where there is preferences for some employees and others no. I left the company because I felt invisible and I had no value inside the company.

Good people, good culture, good benefits and good location. Many changes are happening so pro activity is a plus.
