      Pros

      I was looking for a company with strong values, a good work/life balance, opportunity, and employee appreciation and I FOUND IT! There is great open communication with my manager and I feel like we are family. There are a lot of perks working for such a great company!

      Pros

      The area management is amazing and very supportive. The customers are tough to deal with at times but management is great about stepping in if something gets out of hand.

      Cons

      They offer quarterly bonuses but don't expect to meet the requirements and if you do don't expect to be paid the bonus. The minimum requirements for a bonus are set by Home Depot corporate and based off of customer reviews. No one I worked with in flooring ever received and bonus.
