      - Awesome deal exposure! - Transparent management - Fantastic firm Crewe is as professional as i t gets. Wonderful team of guys who know the industry and what intern/undergraduates want exposure to. The program offers a lot of interfacing with clients, upper management and fellow interns. Very collaborative structure. Crewe has only associates and above, no full-time analyst, the interns really fill that role of the firm and you feel that responsibility. Crewe is a great network to be a part of.

      Cons

      Brought on a lot of analysts which gave us bandwidth, but we were sitting around waiting for something to do often times.

      I mean the name on a resume looks great since it has "Capital"

      Wouldn't consider this an investment banking internship. I'm also not sure where the founder got his supposed investment banking experience. The founder claims investment banking experience, and that he held "senior positions at 3 different investment banking firms". Not sure how that's true at all? He's more of a salesman, and interns at investment banks have more investment banking experience than he does. If you want to be an influencer, you could possibly learn something from him, but if you want financial leadership at the top, this is not the place to find it.
