      1. small team 2. You own your individual area to work

      1. Not much chance of growth, you keep on working in same problem for 1 year or so 2. Not much scope in terms of learning 3. Constrained on budget 4. Many emplyees recently quit bcoz of not so good work culture and attitude of some senior members

      Nothing as I can recall

      Cons

      - No work life balance - No appreciation - PF was delayed for 2 years - in the last two payslips they showed more tax but in the form 16 it was reflecting less
