-Crisp recently fired 5 people because they did not fit. There was not explanation, rational, or guidance. Just gone. -There is a guise of transparency but decisions are made in a vacuum. People don't understand why, what, or how conclusions are made which causes confusion. There is a lack of strategic direction due to the frequent changes. -Leadership leads by fear. If you question what they want to do or your don't fit their mold, you're fired. -Are and Dag have a vision for their product. Unfortunately they don't want to listen to customers, employees, or anyone else. They are going to build what they want and if you don't fit in their machine, you're gone.
