Crisp offers the unique chance to learn and grow in ways I’ve never experienced before. Not only have I learned things that will help me in my career but also things that will help me in my life. I’ve been able to change roles and take classes to become better at my job which in turn makes me better outside my job. Living our core values in and out of work has opened my mind to possibilities I didn’t even know existed. I’m grateful for the opportunities that Crisp’s team has provided me and I’ve also worked hard to prove myself worthy of those opportunities. When you are a consistent human who shows up every day ready to tackle any new challenge with a growth mindset, then you will succeed in your career at Crisp. The CEO and management will invest time in you to make you better as long as you are willing to invest time in yourself.
Cons
Working at Crisp is hard work and there is stress associated with working hard and hitting goals. To me, this is not a con, rather it’s a hurdle to get over so you can feel the success on the other side.
