Pros
Very friendly coworkers, many of whom are long-term employees. Company was quick to transition to remote work and (as far as I know) is still positive on this.
Can't speak to the current senior management but we had most of the C-suite in the NYC office for a while. They were hands-on leaders (in a good way) and doors were always open to anyone needing an opinion, advice, or to clear the air.
Cons
It's not easy to switch accounts if you're on a big one. This burns people out.
Also be prepared to stand up for yourself at salary increase time [on the inconsistent occasions when that happens] as they will lowball you. Know what you're worth and don't accept less.
