Pros
*Teammates are incredibly friendly and a joy to work alongside. The majority of colleagues truly comprehend the stress and effort we invest, resulting in a considerable amount of support and assistance. (However, it's important not to anticipate the same from Leadership, particularly the AD). *If you're a junior talent, it's an ideal place to start. There are impressive clients to help build your portfolio, but do not stay beyond a year or two. *Salary it's not bad but the burnout is.
Cons
*Management is terrible. Don't expect a smooth transition or onboarding if you're being moved from one account to another. *There's absolutely no transparency. One day you're told one thing, and the next day it's something else. I've received poor and vague excuses when layoffs have occurred. *There are zero career path and growth opportunities. Career growth paths simply don't exist. *Expect leadership to be rude. Two AD have been unpleasant, and it's very difficult to provide feedback due to the tight-knit camaraderie within the leadership and the non-existent HR department,
