Owner doesn't care - Unarmed Security Guard Critical Protection Services LLC Employee Review

Pay is slightly higher than other security positions like Allied universal. Vehicle is provided to patrol client sites. Use of a security app allowed for ease of clocking in and updating clients of the goings on at the different sites I would patrol.

No gas card is provided to refuel the vehicle and would have to pay out of pocket. At one point there was over $500 owed to myself for refueling the vehicle. The patrol vehicle provided was in need of brake replacement as well as an oil change which needed to be done off my work hours. Despite asking for full time employment only 32 hours was provided. Inquires were made about potential additional clients to work for however no progress or updates were made. At the time this review has been written $80 in fuel as well as my final paycheck has not been received. All payments were made through cashapp causing further delays to being able to pay my personal bills. Communication with the owner was sparce at best. Would have to reach out to another employee in order for any repayment or updates to be made. Claims were made to be able to tag along to provide security for events but no communication ever came through for such events. Also it should be noted that there are no health benefits in any way shape or form. I really wanted to enjoy working with this company however I have a wife and daughter to provide for.
