This place is a revolving door, do not expect familiarity because people don’t stay very long. Management is extremely poor overall. Most seniors are unqualified for their positions, they are the individuals receiving preferential treatment and/or prepared to stay the longest, not the highest performers. Support is not available so don’t expect any, we do not practice what we preach to clients. Croner do not offer an ounce of flexibility and would rather you absolutely killed yourself than offer any leeway. I have seen reviews that state Croner has an open door policy this is laughable. Should you wish to discuss any concerns, you will need to make the time up due to a ridiculous over-focus on SLAs and KPIs, even then you are belittled and at fault. If they can take things from you, best believe they will, they will even deduct hours from your pay for documented appointments for your long term health conditions and threaten to withhold references when you try to leave. This place is micromanagement central, be prepared to either explain or justify every action you take. Overall, an extremely negative place to work, it is testing on even those with a positive, can do attitude. I regularly see people crying. Avoid avoid avoid!
