Lack of support from company Schools often violate labor laws (rest breaks and lunch breaks) and when they do, CCE does not advocate for teachers or punish schools who continually take advantage of teachers

Pros

They seem great offering initial high hourly pay and benefits but the benefits are lackluster and expensive, taking a very sizable chunk from your checks for even the most basic plans. Coupled with random time off and half days from the school and your take home pay is increasingly unstable

Cons

School districts often use staffing agencies like these in order to not pay staff for full school benefits or during any time off during the school year. It also ensures that they’re able to fire you at the drop of a hat should they find something they dislike about you.
