      Pros

      Great work for God's glory. Good work / life balance. Nice people overall. The President has the right vision and attitude.

      Cons

      Hypocrisy runs rampant here. The President is loyal to his management team to a fault. VP of Dev is embarrassing and typically inappropriate. The HR manager is probably one of the rudest people I have ever met.

      Great organization where we have the opportunity to grow spiritually while serving the poor. If you want to combine serving Jesus (ministry) while providing for your family, this is the perfect place for you! Great Wellness Program available to all employees.

      Cons

      Not a lot room for growth which can be frustrating and discouraging at times.
