I think this is pretty common everywhere these days but insurance seems to be pretty expensive, that's why I gave four stars on benefits. To be fair, the high plan fits my family the best, but that would be the biggest draw back to me.

Supportive team, structured training, and approachable management. Strong exposure to entry-level IT helpdesk fundamentals, with hands-on experience across a wide range of tools and scenarios early on.

Fast-paced workload with clearly defined performance metrics. The environment is structured and ticket-driven, which can feel intense at times but aligns with call-center-style service desk operations.
