Pros
Very accommodating as far as scheduling requests. Generally keeps a consistent work schedule so you can plan your life. Good hours during tourist season
Cons
Limited hours during summer season. Ingroup/outgroup and "clique-ish" work environment with obvious nepotism. Schedule can reflect how well you are liked by coworkers rather than actual work performance. Some of the employees that have kept their jobs for more than several years are extremely lazy and care little about even minimum work requirements making everyone else's job harder.
