      Pros

      Pay is pretty competitive, unlimited vacation, and work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Product is subpar and professional services are the same. The whole company works in silos so often things happen where one team does something where it impacts other parts of the org without warnings. Management has some serious issues from creating a toxic environment to changing up things on the fly without taking in consideration the effects of their decisions. Sometimes they walk the right line of being unethical without any consequences.

      Project estimation always left deficits in the financing of projects. Also the strategy to favour junior devs with lesser pay caused projects to linger

      Pros

      I was fine with my job until things became too messy.

      Cons

      Crowdbotics has an inefficient and disorganized work environment, and the chaotic management is to blame. Our supervisors don't seem to have any clue about what to do about our problems in the workplace. They make terrible decisions that lead to consequential and unhelpful actions. The leadership here is too messy and incompetent to properly lead.
