Pros

You can have some free biscuits and coffee

Cons

- don't expect raise untill you get in fight with management to get 50 euro more - they always talk about bonus and benefits, you will get only a card for supermarkets, this is your 50 euro raise - you will participate in plenty projects and management will accuse why you are not able to finish the projects . the work of these projects are for 5 People, but you need to do it by yourself. - if you ask for help they will hire all the relatives which don't work and behave like your boss - the management is so cheap that prefer to hire other family member than give you a raise - the management still keeps people that behave badly with other colleagues. - Many people quit because of bad behaviour from two women - Behind your back the management talks terrible about you ( Of course we discuss , what you said to each one, we know that you talk badly about us )

Pros

Nice environment and friendly staff

Cons

Worked there for quite sometime, so i have a broad experience with this company. The pay is not remotely good. There is no meritocracy for the people that get paid well. No prospects of development since the motto is "let's finish the project in outrageous deadlines so the client is happy". The management is trying to keep you in the company by constantly postponing the meetings you're supposed to have and/or giving you small ridiculous raises. You're just drained of your energy until you leave and the company hires people under petty wages or unpaid internships. In general higher management promotes a toxic work environment, micromanaging and disregarding employees' feedback, damaging the work morale for everyone within the company.
