      The best reason for working with Crowe Horwath is the idea of togetherness and security.

      Cons

      Although, I was let go, I would considering reemployment with Crowe because of their work ethics.

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Work life balance and remote flexibility is great here. Everyone is also supportive and willing to help where they can

      Not the best communication with management and not always clear on the best path for growing or being open to opportunities
