      Pros

      Remote flexibility (which I honestly think is out the door with new client engagements coming up)

      Cons

      Literally everything. Management is a MESS. Long hours are required at all times. Pay is TERRIBLE... literally terrible and no 4% increase or one time bonus is gonna do anything about it. Speaking of which the new bonus structure is terrible.

      Like most public accounting firms, the work-life balance isn't great during busy season.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
