      I've recently joined Crowe and I am very happy with my experience. the Company offers excellent work-life balance and flexibility in terms of working hours and remote work options. The compensation and benefits are also very fair and it depends on your negotiation with them.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
