Pros
I have worked for Crown Health as a ARNP for 4 years and continue to love my job and the work life balance it allows. Providers get to pick their schedule and are able to complete all administrated work and charting from home. Typical schedule includes 2-3 days out in the field seeing patients and 1.5-2 days at home completing charting and various paperwork. Being part of a small company that is growing and flourishing is exciting. It is also a great feeling being able to provide care for patients that would otherwise not receive medical attention due to their inability to leave the home environment. Office staff are great resources, friendly and enjoyable to be around.
Cons
ARNP role does require driving to various locations. If not self driven and self diciplined, it is easy to fall behind in charting and administrative work due to the autonomy of the position.
