There were no cons for this company.

The pay is good if you work in purchasing. You also get good medical, dental, vision and 401K plans. Don't have to do any extensive traveling.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. The company culture here is terrible and the employees are incompentent and ignorant. On-the-job training is poor and my supervisor didn't explain everything that I was responsible for. The employees here constantly fight and gossip about each other, not to mention that our suppliers hate us becuase we can't pay our invoices on time, which causes us to lose our net 45 payment terms with them and being switched to COD instead. The turnover here is very high and noticed that most employees working in the office have only been with the company less than 6 months.
