Missed the boat - Anonymous employee Crucial Learning Employee Review

If it feels like the company was created and forgot to innovate for 20 years it’s because it did. COVID caught the company with it’s pants down and forced everyone to play catchup. This deteriorated what was allegedly a top-notch culture before. I found it toxic and very psychologically unsafe. Certain leaders have been there too long and accidentally have become unyielding in their opinions (if it’s not their idea, it’s wrong). Genuinely bummed that the company doesn’t practice what it preaches because it could have been an incredible place to build a career.
