Pros
Great management team, excellent benefits, and their new employee wellness program is quite nice. I've never met an unpleasant employee working here.
Cons
Very high stress and volume work. If one is out of the office on a single day, the work load is unmanageable. The actual hourly pay feels low for the amount of effort, detail, and skill that would be required for similar jobs. The wage is low enough that several employees actually qualify for need-based assistance, subsidies, and sliding scales whether single or with families. It pretty much defines "the working poor", overworked/underpaid phenomenon of our times.
