Pros
Cruz does a great job of making sure both the customer and employees are happy. They are quick to provide employee support when needed and operate smoothly and quietly in the background the rest of the time. They are open to input and comments and have always had a positive approach to business.
Cons
After almost three years with the company, I have not had any negative encounters.
