Pros
Work hours are flexible. I feel happy to be able to work in a technically advanced industry and help parents protect the future health of their children. The company's focus on quality and customer service is also important for me. Who wouldn't want to promote a product that they themselves believe in and are proud of ? It's a special bonus when I get to work with parents who appreciate the time I spend in educating them about stem cell and cord blood! Some customers are super considerate. The other day, I had a west coast client who apologized profusely for calling me late because they forgot that we are on EST. Having considerate and appreciative clients like that made my day. For me, it is a very rewarding job!
Cons
Not much. Except that I hope we have more flexibility in setting our own customer contact schedule instead of based on some sort of system algorithm.
