Pros
Honestly, none worth highlighting if you're looking for a healthy, growth-oriented, work-life balance and respectful work environment.
Cons
Fake positive reviews: Don’t trust the high ratings here. Employees were pressured to write them — I fell for it too before joining. Extremely high turnover rate: Which they conveniently hide. The revolving door of staff says it all. Public holidays not fully observed: Even major religious holidays are sometimes excluded without proper justification. Zero benefits: No medical coverage, minimal annual leave, and no incentives. Don’t expect any support in return for your effort. Toxic culture with racial bias: Despite pretending to be inclusive, there is a strong internal bias, especially in favor of Chinese staff. Often, their opinions are prioritized and seen as superior, while others are sidelined. Family-owned company with outdated, micromanaging leadership: The director still gets involved at a low level, micromanaging even engineers. Pride and ego matter more than performance or respect. Probation extension abuse: Probation can be extended without any clear reason, wasting your time and putting your job security in limbo. When you ask about confirmation, the answer is vague and unprofessional. No room for opinions: Management does not value feedback — your role is to follow orders, not contribute meaningfully. Unprofessional leadership and personal attacks: After resigning, I found out my ex-boss was spreading rumors that I left because I was “afraid” of him, claiming I’ll never be successful in life. That alone speaks volumes about the toxic and immature leadership mindset here. When a leader resorts to personal attacks instead of self-reflection, you know the problem isn’t the employee — it’s the management.
