I have been appointed here in Account's department as my academic qualification says that I can work in accounts section. Its been 5 months for me in the company. As its a growing company I had not much work to be occupied the whole day. I approached the CEO of the company and asked him if he can give me any other Administrative work in the company. I never knew I have been under his observation and my skills are being analyzed. He gave me work in the Marketing department for online bidding. I never knew I had these skills and can utilize them. As I am doing this work I am very excited and will be happy to see another skills of mine in my CV. All thanks to the CEO who gave me this opportunity to work in the company.

Developers of more than 1.5 years who have worked in the company. These developers are thank less, shameless people I have ever seen. The are used to get easy money, I hope these people understand what easy money is. Pathetic communication skills these Senior Developers have and they can talk only bad. The create a negative impact on a freshers mind.

Their is no Pros in the company but if you want spoil your carrier you can join this company.

Its a complete circus The project manager is from commerce background where she don't no any thing about coding. The reception can do admin job sometime account job and the limit is like management tell them to do marketing job also. The account will doing marketing which is limit yar. If management give you a task and if you are able to finished this before 7 pm and then you are ready to leave then they call you from door and asked the daily reports where you have to spend 30 to 45 min & the best part is like next time they will give you a task at 6:45 pm so that you are not able to leave at 7 which is official time to leave. Its a 9 year old company but they don't have 9 software developer to work over their and the best part is all the developer just join hardly 2 to 3 month experience. If let's say they will give you 10 task and you will able to finished 8 then management asked why this 2 tasked is left, the 8 which you finished no one will give you any appreciation for that.
