Pros

Progression was never rushed and I was only placed in my role once I had developed the necessary skills required. The teams are very diverse with huge amounts of energy and loads of ideas .

Cons

people are very easily swayed by other peoples opinions with the deadline approaching

Pros

ESOP, promote within, positive financial projections, stable company.

Cons

Hours can be long, some disconnect between upper management and staff, communication between departments can be delayed or non-existent. Some tribalism between departments.
