Lying on the interview about role, scope and reward. Management's expertise and credentials are questionable - 'experts' turned into 'googlers' within a week. Unresolved internal stakeholder tension, leading to major issues in workflow and fault blaming. Severe lack of planning, leading to comical situations internaly and externaly. They sell a product that isn't even at the design page, as 'complete' and 'running' - very, very odd.
