      Fantastic opportunity to learn and grow, especially if you thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. Exposure to multiple facets of the business, allowing for skill development in various areas. Great chance to take on responsibility early and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      Management is disorganized and lacks clear direction, leading to constant shifts in priorities. Ethical practices are questionable, with decisions often driven by short-term gains over long-term integrity. High turnover and poor leadership create a stressful and sometimes toxic work environment.

      Pros

      We've been through a lot together as a team, went through some great times and hard time from covid. The leadership team has matured and grown a lot during this time and there is a sense of strong commadrie in the company. Everyone is the company are people I'm proud to work with and we truly care for each other. I've learned more in this role than I've ever done in any previous job. The company moves fast and you'll really need to know your stuff to be able to do well here because you'll be given full ownership of the department you're running.

      Cofounders were nightmares to work for. Incredibly condescending on every call and definitely shady business practices.
