Brimming with potential - Some lovely people and some great ideas - good workplace vibe - free coffee on tap
Cons
Leadership need to be more team orientated - at least in the early start-up/scale-up phase- in that way it's easier to recognise who is helping the company progress - recruiting the right few is essential when money is tight.
