Pros

Uniform paid, paid vacation, paid sick days with sick note, safety training thorough, friendly coworkers, discounted water and systems, time can fly by quickly with constant phone calls

Cons

Terrible communication and training. It's up to you to figure it out and face the repercussions if you do it wrong. Consistency with educating employees is lacking huge. Constant changing of "better" ways to do things, half hour unpaid lunch break, the computer program the company uses still has alot of issues and causes stressful problems for both the user and customer, raises are non existant, phone system is terrible
