Pros

Office staff is amazing sales manager not so much.

Cons

Poor training, mistakes by manager cost you money and never apologizes or take responsibility for his own errors. Make a sale but no one to install equals no pay. Too many mandatory meetings and free testing equals no payment for your time. Manager goes on sales calls instead of training new staff then thinks you were shown what to do. Mandatory 20 hours at Home Depot every week plus every other Saturday, once again no pay unless you make a sale. Micromanagement at it’s all time high. Run if you are good at sales for they want your time for free. No salary no base but act as though you are.

I just didn’t like the location. Kinda small, but definitely seem to be growing the company.
