Flexible with scheduling. At interview was asked what I wanted and could work. They said they want to know so they can accommodate and have us work what we want so we are excited and happy to go to work. They dont want to schedule us something we cant or don't want to work so we quit. Great management and very active owner. Great communication within Great pay starting at $13 for fulltime ober 18. Great employees. Havent met a bad one at this location yet. Too many pros to list at this location. Been in food service as well as management in the foodservice industry since I was 14, now 40 and by far the best job I've experienced as far as work environment, management, employees and pay.
