Pros

This is a review regarding BTTC Canada, a CummingGroup organization. The one positive is that they have some great projects to work on, but the leaders take roles with the clients, and we sit on the bench.

Cons

This is a review regarding BTTC Canada, a CummingGroup organization. I worked here for over 12 months and can honestly say that the people are great but the Canadian board leadership is some of the worst I have experienced in my career. They not only lack people skills, but they have zero empathy. They are technically capable, but should not be running a business. They love to promote they are people first and a great place to work, but it feels like an act, I know many of the team at my level who have recently been driven out because our complaints over many months and many forums were never listen to. With all of the complaints and asks for help, and clear incompetence or no interest, I don’t quite understand why Cumminggroup has not stepped in. With 4 people leaving in the space of days, and leadership continuing to avoid looking in the mirror, I’m shocked the CummingGroup hasn’t helped. There wont be anyone to help with the work soon.

Pros

Industry leading firm for PMCM work. Many clients and longevity for employment is promised. Not too many employees per region that growth seems impossible.

Cons

Promotion timing and selection is unclear. Salary could be more competitive. In job resources seem limited. Work life balance isn't good. Typical daily 8-5 in office office setting, no room for flexibility or hybrid.
