      Pros

      Plenty of room to grow internally. Friendly workplace. Flexible Hours. Beautiful Office Location.

      Cons

      Sometimes a little hard to find certain services as we are located outside of a city (Uber, Public Transport, Tech Stores, ect). As a young company, we have to be pretty quick on our feet when it comes to switching workflows or software versions, which can cause headaches at times.

      Pros

      - Friendly team with lots of knowledge who want to help you learn new skills - You will get to work closely with supervisors and leads, hierarchy is respected but you have opportunity to explore tasks outside of your role - Amazing location, close to Byron Bay. Lifestyle is valued and it's a good one! - You can bring your dog to work! - Concentrated on being an environmentally friendly work place

      Cons

      - The only con I would say at the moment is that the business is growing and it is still finding its feet in some regards, but this will be resolved once a flow is established
