Pros
The only positive is that it is a unique industry. You get to see and test products that are not on the market yet, so it is cool to see products you once worked on out on the market. There is room to grow if you want to because positions open up very often.
Cons
CRG borderlines on abuse of their employees. Everyone is over-worked, under-paid, and under-appreciated. The entire company is unorganized which makes daily tasks an absolute mess. Nobody speaks to each other. Instead they email back and forth to make sure everything said is on record in case it comes back to bite them. Mary Cunningham could not care less about her employees and treats them like dirt. She makes it a point to show all employees that she is better than them and only cares about the dollars in her pocket. I don't know of a single employee that enjoys their job, and someone quits at least once a week. IF you do take a job here, make sure you negotiate salary when you are hired because they will promise you reviews and raises that never happen. A note to clients -- BEWARE, 75% of the data you pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for is faked by management. On a regular basis, they completely fabricate data because studies aren't completed, as site locations are overloaded with unattainable requests. The moral and ethical boundaries of this company are nonexistent. Lying to employees and clients is commonplace. Features are offered to clients that don't even actually exist. CRG is a joke.
