Pros
Co-workers are great and awesome to work with. Very caring employees but only from managers and below.
Cons
Two senior leaders have completely dismantled the organization and removed employees that did the hardest work and provided the most care. They have taken a non profit organization and turned it into their own for profit in their pockets company.
