Pros
- Great group of staff and clients - Lots of good, diverse programs for people with disabilities - Staff genuinely care about the clients and providing best possible programs
Cons
- CEO & CFO came into well running organization and made many dozens of neative changes - Extremely HIGH turnover with management (and staff)... this has a negative impact on the clients when managers are constantly being driven out the door due to poor decisions or requirements being directed by senior leadership - Poor pay (salary much lower than expected) - Staff members have had their jobs changed so many times over the past few years with hundreds of details being added to their position (most of which have nothing to do with caring for clients)... this has taken away from the overall client care and has driven many good people out the door
