Pros
Good hourly pay, and $0 insurance
Cons
There’s so many. I was given a write-up due to missing work during my probationary period, for an acute severe medical illness. I provided ample documentation from my doctor, and was required to submit personal lab test results in order to keep my role. I was also told verbatim, that HR wanted to “fire me, but gave me grace by issuing a write up instead.” A health insurance company, that punishes employees for getting sick even with proof? Makes no sense. But the department management is incompetent, and disorganized at best. The supervisors will gang up on anyone who speaks up against ineffective processes or poor treatment. It’s a mean girl clique. They also gossip about other employees in the company Slack app, and somehow still got promoted to supervisory positions. Favoritism is rampant, and the company lacks integrity as a whole.
