      Pros

      The only good thing was that I had a job when I was laid off due to COVID-19. I would have rather collected unemployment.

      Cons

      They changed the schedule again. Pay period is weekly Mon-Sun. Being scheduled Thurs-Thurs, 8 days straight. But never enough hrs to get OT. Every MFO has been internally investigated by the company due to bad management. They recently fired half of the employees, but now with the recent spikes and people testing more they refuse to bring in help. A test site with 6 people is down to 3. Employees are tired, overworked and seriously understaffed. The Better Business Bureau need to investigate the company for fraud, time fraud and unsafe practices for employees. Read the current article in Medtechdive about the companies testing kits coming out with false positives , negatives and fraud.

      Pros

      -Some people in the company will have your back and give you a chance to show your skills -Some of the people here are very helpful(someone a lower level than me who probably should have been my level helped me so much)

      Cons

      -They promote negative competitions -You get a gift card like once a year and they tax it on your next check -Once we noticed salaried employees should get unlimited PTO across the company's policy; we all banded together- the loophole was to make us all hourly instead of giving us what the company offered for salary employees which they made us salary in 2 weeks after we fought the policy -The company makes many promises to everyone but can't keep it -CNs are what keeps this company afloat yet treated like slums -They hire and promote their friends in a short time while others fight for growth(not related to me but I have seen and heard some of the worse things from people who want to move up in this company. I wouldn't even dare try because they are becoming TOXIC) -They often use a group of their best employees for different things but never reward or promote them
