CureMint is a fun and diverse place to learn and grow. The co-founders have an inspiring vision, and the team we are building is one to be proud of. We are a product-driven company, which motivates us to build software that is giving businesses of all sizes an opportunity to thrive. In addition to doing engaging work in a changing industry, we are intentionally creating a values driven company. We believe that little things matter, diversity is more than a word and compassion is just as important as candor. We are headquartered at the American Underground, and this larger start up community provides a deep sense of connection.
Cons
We are an early stage venture capital backed start up, so there are unique challenges that come with this stage of a company. While this is exciting, it is not for everyone. If you are someone who prefers consistency over change, specialization over wearing multiple hats or stable growth over rapid growth, CureMint won't be a good fit. That being said, we do a pretty thorough job of setting these types of clear expectations during the interview process.
