      Pros

      Very calm work atmosphere. There is Low stress in manufacturing. There are layoffs that occur. The company is trying to grow and tap into biopharma.

      Cons

      Lack of lateral mobility if you do not have a bachelors degree. Some sectors of the company are unionized and that in itself has pro's and cons.
