Disappointing and frustrating - Anonymous employee Curia Employee Review

Extremely frustrating place to work. Continuous recognition and promotions of people who play the game, but probably can' t dress themselves without help in the morning while the real achievers doing the work aren't often recognized. Morale is horrifying, and insults to the intelligence and well being of the employees just keep coming. Promises are made out of air, and not kept. Pay is abysmally low compared to the market value of any given employee across the spectrum - its a point of pride, I think.
