Great culture and leadership; very innovative and open to experimentation on new things

Limited by geography; it has the potential to become global fast

Coworkers are amazingly smart and collaborative to work with. Leadership provides great room of flexibility with high emphasis on efficiency. Kudos to focus on diversity with National Reconcillation Week celebration and firm-wide upskilling and learning sessions.

Not that I know of at the moment. Fully remote setting sets stage to action-orientation instead of trivial bureaucracies.
